• Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal media content.
• Not attempt to disrupt, abuse, or exploit the platform.

Content Ownership

By submitting a hazard report (including text, photos, and videos), you grant MarkSafe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use the content for the purpose of operating the platform and promoting public safety.

Disclaimer

MarkSafe is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Hazard reports are user-submitted and not independently verified. MarkSafe does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any report. Always exercise caution when navigating streets.

Limitation of Liability

MarkSafe, its creators, and contributors shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, or from any hazard report information displayed on the platform.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
